Ability Resources is one of over 400 Centers for Independent Living (CIL) nationwide. The Rehabilitation Act of 1973 defines a Center for Independent Living as a consumer-controlled, community based, cross-disability, non-residential, private non-profit agency that is designed and operated by individuals with disabilities. Bi-lingual staff is available to assist Spanish-speaking callers.

Are you age 60 or older and need assistance with transportation?
Ability Resources provides transportation assistance for seniors 60 and older for a limited number of trips to doctor’s appointments, pharmacy, dialysis, chemotherapy, Title III nutrition sites and the grocery store in the Tulsa area. This assistance is for individuals using the Tulsa LIFT program or Tulsa Transit fixed route. To apply, call Ability Resource s at 918-592-1235.
